TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Kalajoki will tender for a comprehensive CCTV surveillance service as a framework arrangement. The subject of the procurement is the planning, delivery, installation, maintenance and servicing of a CCTV surveillance system, as well as the necessary software and services. Under the framework arrangement, a supplier will be selected with whom a four-year framework agreement is concluded. The services procured on the basis of the framework arrangement include, among other things: - Planning and implementation of new CCTV surveillance systems - Installation and commissioning of the systems - Maintenance, servicing and technical support for the systems - Required software and their updates - User training and support services - Centralised replacement of existing systems The procurement will comply with the General Contract Terms for Public Sector IT Procurements 2025 (JIT 2025) and the Terms for the Processing of Personal Data (JYSE/JIT - Personal Data 2025).
