Award of services for the planning of engineering structures in accordance with HOAI Part 3 Section 3, § 43 Performance profile, service phases 1 - 8 and local construction supervision -----1. Procedure The procurement procedure is divided into 2 stages. a) Participation competition: In a preceding application procedure, companies express their interest in participating in the procedure and provide, among other things, the required references. The exclusion, selection and suitability criteria must be demonstrated in the attached application for participation. All required / requested evidence and declarations on one’s own responsibility must be submitted with the application. If an applicant is only able to provide not one of the required statements/evidence regarding the exclusion criteria, they are excluded from the procedure. A request for missing statements or evidence in accordance with § 56(2) VgV is provided by the contracting authority only in the event that fewer than 5 applicants meet the admission requirements.
