TENDER DESCRIPTION
Meckenheim City Sewer Network Most of the pipes are made of concrete or reinforced concrete pipe; in isolated cases, the pipes have been laid as PVCU and STZ. In the city of Meckenheim, the maximum pipe depth is 10 m; as a rule, the pipe depth is 2.0 - 4.0 m. The pipes include both pipes in the combined system and in the separate system (stormwater and foul water sewer). Disposal of the material from cleaning (cleared debris) is carried out by the Erftverband. The cleared debris is to be deposited only at the Flerzheim wastewater treatment plant into the designated containers. Proof of delivery at the wastewater treatment plant must be provided. The flushing water for the sewer pipes is made available to the contractor free of charge at the Flerzheim wastewater treatment plant. The abstraction of water and the disposal of the cleared debris must be clarified in advance with the responsible authorities.
