TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement covers various fabrics, basic sewing supplies, and sewing services acquired for the City of Tampere, the Pirkanmaa Welfare Area, and the Kanta-Häme Welfare Area from a store and via an online shop. The procurement will be carried out as a framework arrangement, and up to six (6) contracting parties will be selected. The contract period is 1.1.2027–31.12.2027. After the actual contract period, the contract may be extended for an option period that is valid for an indefinite period. The procurement will be re-tendered no later than four (4) years after the start of this contract. The contracting authority is not committed to any procurement quantities, and orders will be placed according to the contracting authority’s needs. The estimated maximum value excluding value added tax for the entire contract period, including the option period, is approximately EUR 800,000.
