TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement covers various fabrics and basic sewing supplies, as well as sewing services, procured by way of the store and the online shop for the City of Tampere, the Pirkanmaa wellbeing services county, and the Kanta-Häme wellbeing services county. The procurement will be carried out as a framework arrangement, and up to six (6) contracting partners will be selected. The contract period is 1.1.2027–31.12.2027. After the actual contract period, the contract may be extended by an option period that remains in force until further notice. The procurement will be re-tendered no later than four (4) years after the start of this contract. The contracting authority is not bound by any procurement volumes; orders will be placed according to the contracting authority’s needs. The estimated maximum value excluding value added tax for the entire contract period, including the option, is approximately EUR 800,000.
