TENDER DESCRIPTION

Kannuksen Teollisuuskylä Oy is a property development company owned by the City of Kannus and the development company YritysKannus, the purpose of whose operations is to enable affordable industrial growth facilities for companies in Kannus. The company is now seeking an affordable and high-quality hall manufacturer for the next hall project, who will also act as the main contractor of the project. The main contractor is also responsible for the structural design of the project. The technical solutions for the project will be aimed at producing a high-quality, yet as cost-effective as possible, operational space for industrial companies acting as tenants. The principal design has been carried out by Arkkitehtitoimisto Paloranta Oy, and Ratech Oy is responsible for the HVAC and electrical design (LVISA design). The approximately 1,000 m2 industrial hall planned for the Raonhaka industrial area in Kannus will be implemented in two phases.
