TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is target spotlights intended for museum exhibition use at the Museum Department / National Museum of Finland (“Contracting Entity”), as well as the associated interchangeable optics and other accessories specified in the request for tenders (“Goods”). The quantities of the products to be procured and the technical minimum requirements are set out in the attached luminaire schedule. The luminaires must be directly mechanically and electrically compatible with the National Museum of Finland’s existing ERCO 3-phase track systems. The luminaire housing material must be aluminium. The luminaires must be available with the interchangeable optics specified in the request for tenders and with filters that adjust the colour temperature towards warmer and cooler directions (Cold, Cold Plus, Warm and Warm Plus, or equivalent). The Goods must have at least a five (5) year manufacturer’s product warranty. Warranty and maintenance services must be available in Finnish. The Goods must be delivered by 29.1.2027. The selected supplier shall aim to deliver the Goods as soon as possible after the conclusion of the contract and, where possible, before the deadline.…
