TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is target spotlights intended for exhibition use at the Finnish Heritage Agency / the National Museum of Finland ("Contracting Entity"), as well as the related interchangeable optics and other accessories defined in the request for tenders ("Goods"). The quantities of the products to be procured and the technical minimum requirements are set out in the attached lighting fixture schedule. The luminaires must be directly mechanically and electrically compatible with the National Museum of Finland’s existing ERCO 3-phase track system. The luminaire housing material must be aluminium. The luminaires must be available with the interchangeable optics defined in the request for tenders, as well as with filters that change the colour temperature towards warmer and colder directions (Cold, Cold Plus, Warm and Warm Plus, or equivalent). The Goods must have at least a five (5) year manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty and maintenance services must be available in the Finnish language. The Goods must be delivered by 29.1.2027.
