TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the procurement is target luminaires intended for use in the museum’s exhibition activities at the Finnish Heritage Agency / the National Museum of Finland ("Contracting Authority"), as well as the related interchangeable optics and other accessories defined in the request for tenders ("Goods"). The quantities of the procured products and the technical minimum requirements are presented in the attached luminaire schedule. The luminaires must be directly mechanically and electrically compatible with the existing ERCO three-phase track lighting system at the National Museum of Finland. The luminaire body material must be aluminium. The luminaires must be available with the interchangeable optics defined in the request for tenders, and with filters that change the colour temperature towards warmer and colder directions (Cold, Cold Plus, Warm and Warm Plus or equivalent). The Goods must have at least a five (5) year product warranty. Warranty and maintenance services must be available in Finnish. The Goods must be delivered by 29.1.2027.
