TENDER DESCRIPTION

OMO is looking for a professional, knowledgeable and future-proof partner for the ordering and delivery of office supplies for the next four (4) years. Through this European public procurement procedure, OMO aims to select a partner that can supply office supplies of a high-quality and sustainable standard. The estimated scope of the Contract is expected to amount to € 1,500,000, excluding VAT for the entire term of the framework agreement. This estimate is for information purposes only and no rights may be derived from this value by the Contractor. Maximum scope of the framework agreement If the total turnover for office supplies during the term of the contract exceeds the threshold of € 2,250,000, which corresponds to an overshoot of 50% of the estimated contract value, the Agreement will end by operation of law and the Contracting Authority will award the Contract again.
