The purpose of this procurement is to conclude a framework agreement for the purchase of office supplies according to the names and descriptions listed in Annex 1 (so-called basket products), as well as for the purchase of other office supplies not listed in Annex 1 (so-called non-basket products) based on a discount percentage. / Grounds for exclusion and qualification criteria: See the basic procurement documents.
