TENDER DESCRIPTION

The invitation to participate aims to establish a DPS for MÁV Személyszállítási Zrt. for a period of 60 months to procure materials (construction materials and construction auxiliaries) necessary for maintenance and/or repair works of buildings and structures. Over the entire duration of the DPS (60 months), it is planned to conclude individual sales contracts (hereinafter: contracts) as a result of direct tender invitations amounting to a total estimated highest value of net HUF 400,000,000, which is the estimated maximum total value of contracts to be concluded during the DPS duration. In this procurement procedure, construction material means materials that can be incorporated into the structure of buildings and/or structures and can be used temporarily or permanently during construction, maintenance or renovation. Construction auxiliary materials mean materials and/or tools that are not construction materials but are typically used for carrying out construction activities.
