TENDER DESCRIPTION
Clearing of shrubs along district roads within the Zgorzelec County area – Part IIa The subject matter of the contract is the clearing of shrubs along district roads within the Zgorzelec County area. The scope of works under the above subject matter includes: 1) removing bushes from road shoulders and roadside ditches within the boundaries of the road right-of-way with a width of up to 2 m from the edge of the road shoulder; 2) subjecting the shrubs to local disposal or transporting them to a landfill site or to another storage location selected by the Contractor. During performance of the contract, the Contracting Authority shall specify the location, scope and time for performing and completing the assignment.
