The aim of the procurement is to find a contractor who prepares a work design for roof reconstruction works for the existing building roof and carries out the construction works in accordance with the submitted design. The period for design and construction works is 5 months from the signing of the contract, during which a work design meeting the requirements set out in the technical specification must be prepared, the construction works must be carried out, and an application for a building permit must be submitted via the Building Register (ehitisregister).
