TENDER DESCRIPTION

Scope of work: roofing and waterproofing work: - Waterproofing of the ground-floor base slab (EG); - Application of a bituminous vapour barrier; - Roof build-up / green roof and roof terrace Creation of a roof build-up consisting of mineral wool insulation and bituminous waterproofing with extensive roof greening and partly terraces; - Parapet flashing/cover: Parapet cover made of aluminium including substructure; - Construction of a new roof drainage system: Creation of a new roof drainage system consisting of main and emergency drainage; - Sealing of structural roof installations: Sealing the structural roof installations with liquid plastic for waterproofing; - Green roof with PV system (substructure); - Sealing of facades + windows: Sealing full-height windows/facades and door elements with liquid plastic;
