Scope of work for metal fabrication and locksmithing: - Fall protection / railings / stair railings / handrails: Manufacture of internal and external railings as well as fall protection systems with and without handrails and installation of the handrails; - Facade lettering: Manufacture and installation of a lettering on the natural stone facade; - Enclosure of the air-source heat pump: For the air-source heat pump on the roof terrace, an enclosure made of steel must be constructed, which will then be clad with aluminium louvres/lamellas; - Construction of a ramp: To ensure barrier-free access to the roof terrace, a ramp made of steel sheet with a landing and handrail must be manufactured.
