TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Karlsruhe district plans, as part of the redesign of the district office area, among other things, the construction of a new office building to replace the existing development at the location Beiertheimer Allee 2 in Karlsruhe. In the future, several departments are to be consolidated at this location, and a forward-looking new development for the Karlsruhe district for approximately 1,000 employees is to be created. The use of the new building is planned to include public service areas of the Karlsruhe district office, public conference areas, offices, a company restaurant, seminar and training areas for external tenants, a public underground car park, social rooms, ancillary rooms, a daycare center, and a vocational school as separate ownership. The building has an L-shaped floor plan with its greatest extent in the east-west direction (underground) of approximately 147 m and a length in the north-south direction of approximately 87 m.
