TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the redevelopment of the Landratsamt site, the Landkreis Karlsruhe plans, among other things, the construction of a new service building as a replacement for the existing building at Beiertheimer Allee 2 in Karlsruhe. In future, several service offices are to be consolidated at this location, and a forward-looking new development for the Landkreis Karlsruhe for approx. 1,000 employees is to be created. The use of the new building is intended, among other things, for public service areas of the Landratsamt Karlsruhe, public conference areas, office rooms, an operating restaurant, seminar and training areas for external tenants, a public underground car park, social rooms, ancillary rooms, a daycare centre and a vocational school as special ownership. The building has an L-shaped floor plan, with its greatest extension in the east-west direction (underground) over a total of approx. 147m and a length in the north-south direction of approx. 87m. This floor-plan plot extends underground into the 2nd basement level and above ground up to the 4th upper floor (flat-roof areas).
