TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the redevelopment of the Landratsamt site, the Landkreis Karlsruhe plans, among other things, the construction of a new service building as a replacement for the existing development at Beiertheimer Allee 2 in Karlsruhe. In future, several service offices are to be brought together at this site and a forward-looking new development for the Landkreis Karlsruhe is to be created for approx. 1,000 employees. The use of the new building is intended, among other things, for public service areas of the Landratsamt Karlsruhe, public conference areas, office rooms, an operational restaurant, seminar and training areas for external tenants, a public underground car park, utility rooms, ancillary rooms, a day-care centre and a vocational school in special ownership. The building has an L-shaped floor plan with its largest dimension in the east-west direction (underground) of overall approx. 147 m and a length in the north-south direction of approx. 87 m. This floor-plan plot extends underground up to the 2nd basement level and above ground up to the 4th floor above ground (flat-building areas).
