TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the redevelopment of the county offices site, the Karlsruhe district authority plans, among other things, the construction of a new service building as a replacement for the existing development at the site Beiertheimer Allee 2 in Karlsruhe. In future, several service units are to be consolidated at this site and a forward-looking new development for the Karlsruhe district authority for approx. 1,000 employees will be created. The new building is intended, among other things, for public service areas of the Karlsruhe district office, public conference areas, office rooms, an operating canteen, seminar and training areas for external tenants, a public underground car park, social rooms, ancillary rooms, a day nursery and a vocational school held under separate ownership. The building has an L-shaped floor plan with its greatest extent in the east-west direction (underground) with an overall length of approx. 147 m and a length in the north-south direction of approx. 87 m.
