TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority is purchasing hot water meter (hereinafter Meters) replacement services, during the provision of which the supplier will be required to carry out the replacement of Meters at the sites listed in the orders with Meters provided by the contracting authority, seal the replaced Meters, and prepare reportable written and/or digitally generated documents of the performed works in a mobile application. Upon the contracting authority submitting orders with addresses where it is necessary to install preventive water flow check valves, or if during the provision of the service the supplier determines that the correct operation of the Meter located on the premises (measurement of consumed hot water) may be affected by the reverse flow of hot water in the hot water pipeline, the supplier will be required to install them in the construction of the replaced Meter. The supplier must acquire the preventive water flow check valves at their own expense; the contracting authority will not provide them. The quantity of services to be purchased is preliminary.
