Karstula Municipality requests tenders for property maintenance and emergency response services produced as a purchased service. The client uses the Buildercom service, which is used as a maintenance log, for document management, and for handling service requests. The maintenance log attachments set out target-specific recurring property maintenance tasks. Additional specifications in the attachment set out basic information on the tasks and sites and exceptions to the maintenance logs. The professional from the Central Finland Wellbeing Services County primarily operates at the Soteku Centre. His/her tasks are not included in the property maintenance tasks. Winter maintenance in accordance with the winter maintenance maps (painted areas). The selected operator is obliged to provide the service procured in this tender also in disruption and exceptional conditions. The required equipment must also be available. For the personnel working at the sites of a potential selected operator, a security clearance is carried out concerning the fire station.
