TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The marketing plots are located on Voslapper Groden, a diked area of the former Voslapper Watts between Geniusdeich in the south and Hooksiel in the north. The land reclamation of the Groden at the time was a measure by the State of Lower Saxony to obtain industrial land for bulk-material processing businesses. Between April 1971 and December 1974, the Voslapper Watt was reclaimed in a size of approximately 1,500 ha and completed with the New Voslapper Seedeich (length: 11 km). 2. The marketing plots consist of two spatially separate parcels within the area of the industrial estate. They are marked on the attached site plan with the labels VGN 2 and VGN 3b. 2.1 The VGN 3b plot is a predominantly wooded area with a size of approximately 200,000 m² which has not been used for commercial purposes to date. The VGN 3b plot forms part of parcel 1/33 (municipality of Sengwarden, plot/lot 19).
