TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The marketing areas are located on Voslapper Groden, a diked area of the former Voslapper Watts between Geniusdeich in the south and Hooksiel in the north. The earlier land reclamation of the Groden was a measure by the State of Lower Saxony to obtain industrial areas for bulk goods processing businesses. Between April 1971 and December 1974, the Voslapper Watt was reclaimed on an area of approximately 1,500 ha and completed with the New Voslapper Seedeich (length: 11 km). 2. The marketing areas consist of two plots of land that are spatially separated from each other within the area of the industrial estate. They are identified on the attached site plan by the designations VGN 2 and VGN 3b. 2.1 The area VGN 3b is an area that is predominantly forested, with a size of approximately 200,000 m², which has not been used for commercial purposes to date. The area VGN 3b forms a partial section of parcel 1/33 (municipality: Sengwarden, division 19).
