TENDER DESCRIPTION

Karvian kunta requests your tender for the construction works of the roof renovation project for the municipal building, and for the associated HVAC works, in accordance with the documents and plans. The contract includes replacement of the roof of Karvia municipal building together with the related demolition, construction and HVAC works. The contract includes, among other things, demolition of existing structures and the roof covering, construction of new roof structures and underlay, installation of the new roof covering and sheet metal work, replacement of rainwater systems and roof safety products, as well as the necessary façade, HVAC, protection, scaffolding, lifting, cleaning and ancillary works. The above list is not exhaustive and does not limit the content of the contract. The contractor’s scope of performance includes all the work presented in the tender documents and plans in order to achieve the finished end result.
