TENDER DESCRIPTION

Karvian kunta requests your tender for construction works for the roof renovation contract of the municipal building, as well as the related HVAC works, in accordance with the documents and plans. The contract includes the replacement of the roof of Karvia municipal building together with the related demolition, construction and HVAC works. The contract includes, among other things, the demolition of existing structures and the roof covering, the construction of new roof structures and underlay, the installation of the new roof covering and flashings, the replacement of rainwater systems and roof safety products, and the necessary facade, HVAC, protection, scaffold, lifting, cleaning and ancillary works. The list above is not exhaustive and does not limit the scope of the contract. All works presented in the tender documents and plans that are necessary to achieve the completed end result fall within the contractor’s scope of performance.
