TENDER DESCRIPTION

Karvian kunta requests your quotation for the construction work for the roof renovation project of the municipal building, as well as the related HVAC/plumbing (LVI) works, in accordance with the documents and plans. The contract comprises the replacement of the roof of Karvia municipal building, including the associated demolition, construction and HVAC/plumbing (LVI) works. The contract includes, among other things, dismantling the existing structures and roof covering, constructing new roof structure and underlayment, installing the new roof covering and flashings, replacing rainwater drainage systems and roof safety products, as well as the necessary façade, HVAC/plumbing (LVI), protection, scaffold, lifting, cleaning and ancillary works. The list presented above is not exhaustive and does not limit the content of the contract. The contractor’s obligation to perform includes all the work presented in the tender documents and plans in order to achieve the finished end result.
