TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Municipality of Karvia requests your tender for construction work for the roof renovation contract of the municipal building as well as related HVAC work in accordance with the documents and plans. The contract includes the replacement of the roof of the municipal building of Karvia together with the related demolition, construction and HVAC works. The contract includes, among other things, dismantling existing structures and roof covering, constructing new roof structures and underlay, installing the new roof covering and flashings, replacing rainwater systems and roof safety products, and the necessary façade, HVAC, protection, scaffold, lifting, cleaning and ancillary works. The list presented above is not exhaustive and does not limit the scope of the contract. The contractor’s obligation to perform includes all work presented in the tender request documents and plans in order to achieve the finished end result.
