Kastevuoren päiväkodin elinkaarta jatkavat korjaustyöt

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Espoo, the Premises Services Limited Liability Entity (hereinafter the Contracting Authority), requests tenders for repairs extending the service life of Kastevuori Daycare Centre, in accordance with the documents attached to the tender request, brought fully into operational condition. The repair work will be carried out as a lump-sum contract. All work and procurements presented in the tender request are included in the lump-sum contract. The selected supplier will act as the main contractor in the project and as the principal contractor in accordance with the Government Decree on the safety of construction work (2009/205). The address of the building site is Kastevuori Daycare Centre, Alakartanonkuja 3, 02360 Espoo. The project schedule is 14.12.2026–15.12.2027. SITE VISIT The Contracting Authority requires the Tenderer to familiarise itself with the construction site and the conditions prevailing there before submitting a binding tender. A mandatory site visit will be arranged during the period 1.10. from 10:00 to 12:00 and 8.10. from 10:00 to 12:00.
