TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Espoo, Tilapalvelut joint-stock enterprise (hereinafter the Contracting Authority) requests tenders for a renovation that will continue the service life of the Kastevuori day nursery, in accordance with the documents attached to the tender request, brought into full operational condition. The renovation work will be carried out as a turnkey contract. All work and procurements presented in the tender request are included in the turnkey contract. The selected supplier acts in the project as the main contractor and as the principal contractor in accordance with Government Decree on safety of construction work (2009/205). The address of the construction site is Kastevuori day nursery, Alakartanonkuja 3, 02360 Espoo. The project schedule is 14.12.2026–15.12.2027. SITE VISIT The Contracting Authority requires the Tenderer to inspect the construction site and the prevailing conditions before submitting a binding tender. The mandatory site visit will be arranged during the period 1.10. from 10:00 to 12:00 and 8.10. from 10:00 to 12:00.
