TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Espoo, Tilapalvelut corporate entity (hereinafter the Contracting Authority) requests tenders for repairs that will continue the lifecycle of the Kastevuori Day Care Centre, brought into full operational condition in accordance with the documents attached to the tender request. The repair work will be carried out in the form of a lump-sum contract. All work and procurements presented in the tender request are included in the lump-sum contract. The selected supplier will act as the main contractor in the project and as the principal contractor in accordance with the Government Decree on the safety of construction work (2009/205). The address of the construction site is Kastevuori Day Care Centre, Alakartanonkuja 3, 02360 Espoo. The project schedule is 14.12.2026–15.12.2027. SITE VISIT The Contracting Authority requires the Tenderer to familiarize itself with the construction site and the conditions prevailing there before submitting a binding tender. A mandatory site visit will be held during the period from 1.10. from 10:00 to 12:00 and 8.10. from 10:00 to 12:00.
