TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Espoo, the Tilapalvelut business unit (hereinafter the Contracting Authority) requests tenders for repairs that extend the service life of Kastevuori day nursery, brought to full operational condition in accordance with the documents attached to the tender request. The repair work will be carried out as a lump-sum contract. All the work and procurement presented in the tender request are included in the lump-sum contract. The selected supplier will act as the main contractor for the project and as the principal contractor in accordance with the Government Decree on the safety of construction work (2009/205). The address of the construction site is Kastevuori day nursery, Alakartanonkuja 3, 02360 Espoo. The schedule for the project is 14.12.2026–15.12.2027. SITE VISIT The Contracting Authority requires the Tenderer to familiarise themselves with the construction site and the conditions prevailing there before submitting a binding tender. A mandatory site visit will be arranged during 1.10. between 10:00 and 12:00 and during 8.10. between 10:00 and 12:00.
