TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Espoo, the Tilapalvelut corporate administrative unit (hereinafter the Contracting Authority), requests tenders for repairs that will extend the life cycle of the Kastevuori day care centre, brought into full operational condition in accordance with the documents attached to the request for tenders. The repair work will be carried out using a lump-sum contract model. All works and procurements presented in the request for tenders are included in the lump-sum contract. The selected supplier will act in the project as the main contractor and as the principal implementer in accordance with Government Decree on Safety of Construction Work (2009/205). The address of the construction site is Kastevuori day care centre, Alakartanonkuja 3, 02360 Espoo. The project schedule is 14.12.2026–15.12.2027. SITE VISIT The Contracting Authority requires the Tenderer to familiarise themselves with the construction site and the prevailing conditions there before submitting a binding tender.
