TENDER DESCRIPTION

Framework contract for services titled “Air surveillance of FRISZ systems at military airfields, data processing (2027-2029)”. Three performance locations: • MH 59. Szentgyörgyi Dezső Air Wing (Kecskemét – LHKE); • MH 86. Szolnok Helicopter Wing (Szolnok – LHSN); • MH Pápa Base Airfield (Pápa – LHPA). Under the contract, the Contractor shall be required to carry out air surveillance of ground-installed air navigation purpose equipment operating at the military airfields of the Hungarian Defence Forces, of various configurations and types. Total quantity: Framework amount: net HUF 471,000,000 (gross: HUF 598,170,000) Planned annual use of the framework amount: 2027: net HUF 157,000,000 2028: net HUF 157,000,000 2029: net HUF 157,000,000 The Contracting Authority undertakes to call up 50% of the total framework amount. As a result of failure to call up the framework amount, the Tenderer Submitting an Application shall not assert any claims against the Contracting Authority.
