TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the procurement is roof inspections, minor repairs and urgent order-based work to be carried out for Kiinteistö Oy Auroranlinna either through property maintenance or via Auroranlinna. Auroranlinna has properties in approximately 80 locations throughout Helsinki. The properties/companies range in size from semi-detached houses to entire building complexes comprising more than 160 apartments. The supplier must therefore have sufficient resources to complete the work. The intention is to select a contractor for the assignment who has received the highest number of points in the competition. You can become familiar with the sites via Auroranlinna’s website and by visiting in person. It is intended that the contract will begin on 5.1.2027. The contract will be concluded for a fixed term of 2 years. The contract includes an option (2) for two optional years, each of a duration of one (1) year.
