TENDER DESCRIPTION

We request participation applications for the dynamic purchasing system for ceiling units (hereinafter also the DPS). Under the system, surgical ceiling units and anaesthesia ceiling units are procured, together with the related device-specific supplies. The aim of HUS is to procure, through a flexible and simple procedure, high-quality supplies and products to support HUS and its partners in fulfilling their duties. Participation applications may be submitted for the dynamic purchasing system for the entire duration of the system. It shall be valid until the date stated in the contract notice unless it is discontinued or amended during the period of validity of the dynamic purchasing system. The actual procurements are carried out through competitions within the dynamic purchasing system, in which the subject matter of the procurement is described and specified. A tenderer may apply to be included in the dynamic purchasing system if it meets the suitability requirements specified in the ESPD form and in the section Other terms.
