TENDER DESCRIPTION

We request applications for participation in the dynamic purchasing system for ceiling units (hereinafter also referred to as the DPS). The system will procure surgical ceiling units and anaesthetic ceiling units as well as the device-specific accessories and supplies related to them. HUS’s objective is to obtain high-quality supplies and products through a flexible and simple procedure to support HUS and its partners in fulfilling their tasks. Applications for participation may be submitted to the dynamic purchasing system for the entire duration of the system. It will be valid until the date stated in the contract notice unless it is terminated or amended during the validity of the dynamic purchasing system. The actual procurements shall be carried out through internal competitions within the dynamic purchasing system, in which the subject of the procurement is described and specified. Suppliers may apply to be admitted to the dynamic purchasing system if they meet the suitability requirements stated in the ESPD form and in the section Other terms.
