TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns the control devices and control system for outdoor lighting in the street and park areas of the City of Oulu. The City of Oulu owns approximately 600 outdoor lighting control centers and about 45,000 luminaires. The procurement consists of two parts: 1. Delivery and commissioning of control devices (project contract) - Delivery of control devices for each outdoor lighting control center - Commissioning of the control devices in cooperation with the Client's contractor - Migration of the system to a new control system ensuring uninterrupted operation of the current system until the completion of commissioning 2. Control system services (service contract) - SaaS-based control system as a ready software product - System maintenance, software updates, monitoring, and technical support - User training for the Client’s personnel - Development tasks and extensions separately ordered by the Client The control system operates on a per-center basis.
