TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Espoo (hereinafter also the Contracting Authority) requests a tender for road improvement works. The contract covers streets and property areas located within the City of Espoo. A more detailed description of the contract is provided in Appendix 1 of the tender request, “Contract Programme”. The framework agreement is scheduled to begin on 1.5.2027. The contract period is four (4) years from the date of signature, however no later than 30.4.2031. The Contracting Authority will select, for the framework arrangement, up to five (5) tenderers that have submitted the lowest price for the road improvement works contract, provided that they meet the set requirements. The contract is divided into procurement periods of twelve (12) months each. The Contracting Authority assesses its procurement needs for each procurement period and, using the lightened competition procedure, conducts competition for one (1) Contractor for each procurement period.
