TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor’s primary obligation is the maintenance and upkeep of street and area lighting equipment owned by the Municipality of Muhos. The contractor is responsible for arranging the work, providing site services, procuring materials, and the contractor’s obligations regarding management of the site. Based on this procurement process, the Municipality of Muhos selects a contractor with whom a contract is concluded for the production of the aforementioned services. The contract period begins at the earliest on 1.1.2027 or when the contract is signed and ends on 31.12.2027. In the construction contract, the General Conditions for Construction Contracts YSE 1998 RT 16-10660 are applied. If the contract terms are updated in some respects, the latest edition is followed. The contract includes a mutual option for the period 1.1.2028 - 31.12.2029. The use of the option is decided together with the contractor, and the approval for the use of the option must be mutual. Not using the option must be based on price, delivery reliability, or another verifiable factor.
