TENDER DESCRIPTION
Purchase of four identical 19-inch rack servers including licenses for remote management as well as manufacturer’s warranty and support. The servers will be used as hosts for the virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) in the client’s existing virtualization environment (VMware vSphere/ESXi). All four servers are to be configured identically. The scope of performance includes delivery of the fully assembled, function-tested servers from the factory to the location Mittelstraße 43 in Bonn (Section 6). Installation in the server rack, commissioning as well as installation and configuration of the hypervisor will be carried out by the client. Delivery of all four servers is to take place as soon as possible after award has been granted—however, at the latest by 18.12.2026. Offers with a later delivery date will be excluded. (see A02)
