TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Kaunisnurmi day care centre is a new construction project for 210 children that will be completed on 18.12.2026. The procurement concerns the acquisition of the day care centre’s loose furniture for the day care centre, i.e. so-called preliminary/basic furniture, and in addition the movable furniture as specified in the appendix. The City of Kouvola requests a tender for the loose furniture for the Kaunisnurmi day care centre. The price is 160,000 € VAT 0%. The tender must include design and furniture. The competition will be carried out as a reverse competition. The tender must have a value of 160,000 €. The City of Kouvola reserves the right to reduce the quantity of furniture to be ordered by -10% of the offered quantity. The City also reserves the right, in the final order, to change individual products, the colour scheme and/or the upholstery materials if it considers that there are appropriate grounds for doing so. The delivery of the furniture must be such that installation may begin on 19.12.2026 and they must be installed and in place by 31.12.2026 at the latest.
