TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Technical Department of Kaustinen Municipality requests tenders for work machinery and transportation services with drivers for the year 2027. The services are ordered as needed using an hourly billing. The work machines and vehicles work at sites designated by the contracting authority in accordance with the contracting authority’s site management and the work instructions it provides. The contracting authority defines the work to be performed, the work site, the objectives, the work sequence, and the coordination of the work of the different parties. The service provider is responsible for directing its own personnel, for employer obligations, work methods, professional competence, and for the safe performance of the work in accordance with the contracting authority’s job-specific instructions. The tenderer may submit a tender for one or more equipment categories. The tenders for each equipment category are processed and compared separately. The contracting authority establishes a framework arrangement by equipment category, selecting no more than four suppliers that have submitted acceptable tenders.
