TENDER DESCRIPTION

Kaustinen municipality’s technical division requests tenders for the performance of HVAC works on an hourly billing basis for the contract period 1.1.2027–31.12.2027. The tender must include an hourly rate for HVAC installation work (VAT 0%). The hourly rate must include costs for meals, per diems, kilometres, any site supervision, and any other such costs. The hourly rate is paid only for hours worked at the work site. Travel time and travel costs are not reimbursed separately; instead, they are included in the hourly rate. Billing-related and other additional charges are not accepted. Daily working hours are, as a rule, during weekdays between 7:00 and 16:00. For installation supplies, the tender must provide a discount of -%, which is tied to the price list in force at the wholesale store used by the tenderer. The warranty period for the work is two (2) years.
