TENDER DESCRIPTION

Kaustinen municipality’s technical office requests a tender for the supply of aggregates by grade at €/tn (VAT 0%) delivered to the site within Kaustinen municipality. The offered ton prices are fixed for the entire contract period 1.1.2027–31.12.2027. No additions are made to the prices for fuel, index, transport, roads, energy, or other additions. The contracting authority will establish a framework arrangement by aggregate type. For each aggregate type, up to three suppliers who have submitted acceptable tenders will be selected. The suppliers are placed, by aggregate type, in a priority order based on the ton price delivered to the site, with the lowest first. The same supplier may be selected for one or more aggregate types. The purchaser places an order concerning an aggregate type primarily with the first supplier in the priority order for that aggregate type. If the supplier is unable to deliver the order in the required quantity or within the schedule notified by the purchaser, the order is placed with the next supplier in the priority order.
