TENDER DESCRIPTION

Kiinteistö Oy Kaisaniemen Metrohalli (hereinafter referred to as the “Contracting Authority”) requests tenders for granting the right of use of advertising spaces located in the ticket hall premises of the Helsinki University metro station for advertising purposes. The selected supplier assumes the business risk related to the contract. The selected supplier is responsible for the commercialization of the advertising surfaces and will earn its income mainly from third parties (advertisers), and the contracting authority does not guarantee any specific level of profitability or usage rate. Thus, the contract involves a significant demand risk, which is borne by the selected supplier. The selected supplier will be responsible for all investments related to the advertising devices, including acquisition, installation, and the technical implementations related to the installation (such as data communication and electrical cabling). The selected supplier is responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and servicing of the advertising devices throughout the contract period.
