TENDER DESCRIPTION

Kiinteistö Oy Kaisaniemen Metrohalli (hereinafter referred to as the "Contracting Authority") requests tenders for granting the right of use for advertising spaces located in the ticket hall premises of Helsinki University metro station for advertising purposes. The selected supplier will assume the business risk related to the agreement. The selected supplier is responsible for the commercialization of the advertising surfaces and will receive income mainly from third parties (advertisers), and the contracting authority does not guarantee any specific revenue level or utilization rate. Thus, the agreement includes a significant demand risk, which belongs to the selected supplier. The selected supplier will be responsible for all investments related to advertising equipment, including the procurement and installation of the equipment as well as technical implementations related to installation (such as telecommunications and electrical cabling). The selected supplier is responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and servicing of the advertising equipment throughout the contract period.
