    TENDER DESCRIPTION

    VgV procedure "kbo-Isar-Amper Clinic Region Munich (Haar), Building 60, Forensic Extension". Services for Landscape Planning according to §§ 38 ff HOAI and Civil Engineering Structure Planning according to §§ 41 ff HOAI - Service Phases 1-9. At kbo-Isar-Amper Clinic Munich-East (Haar), the single room quota and thus the situation through spatial separation for §63 StGB as well as §126a StPO patients are to be improved by an extension building of the high-security area. A building complex with two wards, each with 24 single rooms for patients as well as a central functional and security area, will be constructed. The usable building area includes, including a service yard and a covered sports field, an area of approx. 3,500 m². It is planned to submit the funding application to the Office for Measures of Compulsory Treatment by August 2027 for the measure. The planning services for building design, specialist technical equipment planning as well as structural engineering planning will be tendered in parallel.
