TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the execution of the construction work “KE, Modernisation of tram lines MET in the city of Košice, stage 2, UČS 16”, as defined in greater detail in the contract conditions and its annexes. The subject of the contract is divided into individual construction objects (SO) and operational sets (PS) in accordance with the project documentation, which forms an annex to the contract for work. Detailed specification, scope and the technical solution of the individual construction objects and operational sets are set out in the project documentation and in other documents of the contracting authority (hereinafter only “subject of the contract”). The result of the Public Procurement procedure will be a contract for work concluded in accordance with the provisions of § 536 et seq. of Act No. 513/1991 Coll., the Commercial Code, as amended, between the successful tenderer (contractor) and the contracting authority (client) (hereinafter only “Contract”).
