TENDER DESCRIPTION
The construction of the building for the demanding residential accommodation services for persons with disabilities at Myllyojantie in Paimio for the Wellbeing Services County of Southwest Finland will be carried out as a KVR service. The contract form is a fixed-price KVR contract, in which the KVR contractor is responsible for the design of the entire project and acts as the main contractor and the principal contractor as referred to in the legislation. The construction site comprises a 24/7 accommodation unit for the demanding accommodation service for persons with disabilities of the Wellbeing Services County of Southwest Finland for 15 client places. The project includes one building that contains a shelter. The total scope of the project is approx. 1,510 brm².
